Can DP guarantee that I pass the exams?
No. We can guarantee the high quality of teaching, but we cannot make any promise on exam pass rates! It is each student’s responsibility to prepare conscientiously for any exams for which he/she is registered.
What are DP’s student pass rates ?
Pass rates vary annually across the various exams our students sit. But our pass rates are generally much higher than the global average. This applies across all the levels we teach from WSET Level 2 to the WSET Level 4 Diploma.
Are there any previous exam questions I can see?
The WSET’s exam regulations stipulate that the copying of any questions is strictly forbidden. Students are not allowed to take away any form of paper from an exam and are not allowed to share details of questions verbally or digitally or via recording in any other form. All WSET exam papers are couriered to London, UK for marking immediately after each exam. No copies of any paper are made. Sample answers for some WSET Level 4 Diploma exams are available in the WSET Examiners’ Reports for Diploma.
How do I register?
You can register for our courses on this site. Please go to the ‘Courses’ page, select the relevant course, and then carefully read the course Terms & Conditions. If you agree to these, please kindly fill out the online registration form as fully as possible and submit it. Please then follow the payment instructions. We will send you the relevant course confirmation within three working days. Note: please be aware that for the WSET Diploma we will need to verify aspects of your application before you can register formally.
I want to register for a DP course, but what can I do if the schedule does not suit me?
Please contact us via the website, email, WeChat or phone. Alternatively, follow the website and the WeChat official public account (dpputaojiu) to receive the latest course information. We will try our best to accommodate you on a current or future course!
Can I reserve a place on a course?
Unfortunately, we can not accept reservations in any form before class enrolment commences. Please follow DP’s website and our Wechat official account and we will keep the class information updated.
What is the payment policy after class registration and the refund policy for class cancellation?
Please read carefully the course Terms & Conditions. If payment is not made in a timely manner, then DP reserves the right to release your seat. The Terms & Conditions also detail what applies in cases where a class is missed or cannot be delivered. Please pay close attention to the class schedule and arrange your time and travel accordingly before attending class.
